Institutional Trust and Security

Privacy and data governance policy

ExamEdge protects sensitive academic data with enterprise grade security. We believe schools own their data and deserve complete clarity on how intelligence is generated.

1. Institutional Data Ownership

Schools, tuition centres, and educators retain full exclusive ownership of all primary academic records uploaded or integrated into ExamEdge. We do not sell, rent, or monetize student identifiable records to third party advertisers. Your data serves only one mission: empowering your teachers to deliver directed interventions before students fall behind.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential academic metrics required to generate actionable student intervention intelligence:

  • Institutional contact details for principals, department heads, and teachers.
  • Syllabus progress, mock assessment marks, and past paper question scores.
  • Form submissions transmitted through our security verified intake portal.

3. Anti DDoS and Platform Security

All data transmitted through our web application is protected by transport layer encryption and real time rate limiting. Our contact intake system incorporates cryptographic challenge verifications to block automated bot traffic and prevent distributed denial of service attacks against school portals.

4. MIT Sandbox Program Standards

As an ed tech startup participating in the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program, ExamEdge adheres to ethical data principles. Machine intelligence models run on aggregated pedagogical patterns to highlight learning bottlenecks without exposing individual student identifiers outside your institution.
